Goals

GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Create a SPACE FOR EXCHANGE AND DISCUSSION of ideas in which ALL ACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE FIELD participate to face the main FOOD CHALLENGES, NUTRITION AND SUSTAINABILITY IN IBERO AMERICA, and thus offer solutions aimed at IMPROVING THE HEALTH STATUS OF THE POPULATION, taking into account the impact of social inequalities in the region.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Offer participants a conference of scientific excellence with the presence of the main Ibero-American figures in the field, and allow the updating of knowledge in different areas of Food, Nutrition and Sustainability

Encourage the active participation of young scientists by presenting their research work

Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and reflections between scientists and professionals

Promote the participation of public and private entities to offer solutions to the challenges of Food and Nutrition in the Ibero-American region
